We have had word today that the issue with Eir Webmail has finally been resolved. However there are no guarantees that the problem might not still return as Eir are not forthcoming on the details surrounding the issue. If you continue to have issues with passwords etc. please contact Eir directly as changes may have been made while attempting to resolve the problems. ...
Update on the Eir Webmail problem. We have been informed that the problem with mail is now affecting approx 50,000 Eir customers. They are hoping to have a solution for it early next week. We will keep you posted as we hear anything new. ...
Eir have started to block smaller providers customers from accessing their email service.
Anyone with a @eircom.net and @eir.ie email cannot log in via their website to access their emails.
Anyone having issues are advised to use an email client such as Outlook to access their emails.
