We pride ourselves on our customer service.

It is rare that there is any ‘downtime’ with our services, but if there is a network outage, it will be fixed quickly. Access Points are electronically monitored 24 hours a day and technicians respond to issues affecting service users immediately. We are also available in the office to take your calls Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, we do not close for lunch.
